Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 capsicum
  2. 1 large size potato
  3. 1 Onion
  4. 1 tomato
  5. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  6. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  9. Garam Masala
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1 tbsp oil
  12. 1 tbsp water


  1. Take a pan add oil.
  2. Then add cumin seeds as it starts crackling, add sliced onions.
  3. As the colour changes, add chopped tomatoes.
  4. Saute it, add chopped potatoes and capsicum.
  5. Add all masalas and saute it.
  6. Add 1 tbsp of water.
  7. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Check the potatoes should be properly cooked.
  8. Sprinkle Garam masala.
  9. Serve hot.

I made it in large quantity compare to the mentioned one in recipe.. it turned out well but I definitely feel it takes more time to prepare this one..
