A lovely recipe with capsicum and mutton mince that is absolutely my way of doing it. Infact this is the most loved dish at home on every weekend at breakfast. This is also a lovely way of feeding green vegetables to your kids with the help of this amazing fusion. They will never lose out on important nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Hence this gives a complete fulfilment of their daily requirements of these important and basic nutrients. I always make it a point to give them a balanced meal combined of all essential nutrients that helps them to grow up in a healthy way. Happy Cooking Guys!

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Mutton mince 500 gm
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  3. Onions chopped 3
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Turmeric 1 tsp
  6. Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  8. Garam masala 1 tsp
  9. Capsicum diced large 3
  10. Green Peas 1 cup
  11. Coriander leaves finely chopped 1/4 cup
  12. Oil 3-4 tbsp
  13. Green chillies slit 3
  14. Tomatoes ripe ones 2 (optional)


  1. In a cooking pan, heat oil and saute ginger garlic paste.
  2. Add the other spices as well and toss in the mince.
  3. Saute on a high heat for almost 10 minutes.
  4. Add salt as well as ripe tomatoes along with the green peas too. Adding of tomatoes is optional.
  5. Saute on a low heat now until the tomatoes get done.
  6. Add garam masala, diced capsicum and coriander leaves after about 15 minutes of cooking.
  7. Make sure to saute the mince until the oil starts leaving the sides of the pan before adding the capsicum.
  8. Serve hot with chapatis, rotis or even pooris and parathas just as i do.
