ABOUT Grilled BabyCorn In Vegtable Garden Soup RECIPE

I have used vegetables from my garden so I have named it the vegetable Garden soup.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 tomatoes
  2. 1 carrot
  3. 2 garlic cloves
  4. 1/6 cabbage
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1 tsp black pepper
  7. 1.5 cup water
  8. 1 pinch turmeric powder
  9. For Grilling
  10. 4 baby corns
  11. 1 mushroom
  12. 1/2 carrot
  13. 2 french beans
  14. 1/2 tsp oil
  15. 1 /2 tsp salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut tomatoes, carrot n cabbage, cook them in a pressure cooker by adding garlic cloves, water and spices.
  2. Cook for 4 whistles, little later open the lid, let it cool down little bit.
  3. Remove the peels of tomatoes n grind all vegetables.
  4. Add cream n cook for 5 mins.
  5. Grease the grill Pan with oil, put all the vegetables over it, Sprinkle salt n pepper and grill vegetables for 10 minutes.
  6. Add all grilled vegetables in soup, cook for few more mins.
  7. Serve Grilled BabyCorn in Vegetable Garden Soup hot.
