ABOUT Chicken Masala Dosa RECIPE

Very common dosa with little twist , it is very favourite item of my son , it will be loved by every kid .

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup raw rice
  2. 1/3 cup urad dal
  3. 200 grams boneless chicken
  4. 1 onion
  5. 1 tea spoon garlic paste
  6. 1 tea spoon ginger paste
  7. 2 boil potatoes
  8. Few curry leaves
  9. 1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1 table spoon oil to fry
  12. 1 tea spoon black pepper powder
  13. 1/2 tea spoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak rice and dal separately for 45 minutes and put the fenugreek seeds in the soaked dal
  2. Grind the rice and dal separately and mix both the batter together and keep aside to ferment over night
  3. Next day add little water to the batter to adjust the consistency
  4. Keep ready the ingredients for the stuffing
  5. Put 1 table spoon oil in fry pan add onion saute for some time add ginger garlic paste and curry leaves
  6. Add the chicken pieces and saute
  7. Add black pepper powder & salt
  8. add mashed boiled potato and lemon juice and remove from the gas
  9. Keep dosa tawa put little oil and wipe with wet paper napkin
  10. Put ladle full batter on the tawa
  11. Put the filling
  12. Fold it
  13. It's ready to serve
