Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Leftover rice 1 cup
  2. Maida 1 t. Spoon
  3. Conflor 1 t. Spoon
  4. Cardumum powdr 1/4 t. Spoon
  5. Oil
  6. Ghee little

Instructions

  1. In blender add the rice make it a fine paste
  2. Like this
  3. Spread the little ghee on a plate nd transfer the rice mixture
  4. With that add conflor nd Maida
  5. With little oil in a hand nd make dough 5 to 10 min
  6. Like this make... It's over sticky mean keep aside for 10 min and make again.
  7. Make the small balls like this
  8. Heat a vessel nd add 1 cup sugar Nd add the 1 nd half cup water boil it min Nd add cardumum powdr
  9. Add a rice balls in to syrup slowly keep boil 5 min. Don't over cook becaz balls get broke
  10. Garnish with shredded pista serve Hot Rasagulla
