Ingredients to make Anda Parantha

  • 100 gms atta/wheat dough
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp ghee/oil

How to make Anda Parantha

  1. Take the dough and make small sized dough balls. Then roll them to form roti shapes.
  2. Place these rotis on a tawa and cook them partially from both the sides.
  3. Take a bowl, break in the egg, then add in the salt and pepper.
  4. Whisk it well, then pour half of it on one side of the parantha. Then flip it, pour half of it on this side and cook this side as well.
  5. Serve it hot with ketchup.
