Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2tsp-Green chilli paste
  2. 1tsp-Cumin seeds
  3. 1tsp-Coriander leaves
  4. 1tsp-Ginger garlic paste
  5. SaLt as per test
  6. 2cup-chana dal
  7. 1tsp-Red chilli powder
  8. 1tsp-Turmeric powder
  9. Oil as required for frying
  10. 1tbsp-Garam masala

Instructions

  1. Take a container add channa dal wash it nicely and soak it 30 to 40 min. Take a grinder add soaked channa dal, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, Coriander leaves, Cumin seeds grind it in fine paste.
  2. Take a bowl and add grinded paste add salt,red chilli powder, garam masala, onion, turmeric powder and mix it well add oil to a pan heat it well & another side make a bowl of paste of channa dal which granded in fine paste after that fry nicely in heated oil by adding in oil. Fry it well & brown and crispy. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
