Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 chicken breast pieces cut into small cubes
  2. 1/2 cup thick canned coconut milk
  3. 1/2 cup peanut butter
  4. 2 tsp sweet chilli sauce
  5. 1/2 tsp crushed pepper
  6. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Pound and thin the chicken breast. Cut into small cubes.
  2. Mariante the chicken pieces with the ingredients mentioned above and keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  3. Now weave them on a wooden skewer.
  4. Grill on a grilling pan for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  5. If making in a frying pan, heat 1-2 tsp oil and fry the pieces for 4-5 minutes each side.
  6. Weave the pieces on a wooden skewer and put directly on a gas flame for few seconds or until they are slightly charred.
