Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 tbsp soyabeans powder
  2. 1 tbsp wheat flour
  3. 1 tbsp moong powder
  4. Half tbsp ragi flour
  5. Half tsp white til powder
  6. 1tbsp cow's ghee
  7. 2 tbsp jaggery
  8. Pinch of dry ginger powder
  9. 2 Cups Water

Instructions

  1. Ek kadhai me ghee le aur sare flour add kare
  2. Gas ki aanch slow rakhe, 5 minutes tak bhune
  3. Bad me dry ginger powder & til powder add kare
  4. Halka sa bhune,
  5. Then add jaggery & water
  6. Gas medium flame pe kar k chalate rahe
  7. Dhyan rakhe k jale nahi, chipkne lage to slow flame kar de
  8. 5 minutes chalane k baad consistency thik ho jayegi
  9. Gas off kar k 1 minute tak hilate rahe
  10. Thanda hone k baad serve kare
