Ingredients to make Black gram rice

  • Split black gram 1/4 cup
  • Boiled rice 1 cup
  • garlic cloves 5 pieces
  • coconut 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • water 2 1/2 cup

How to make Black gram rice

  1. Wash rice and black gram together. Add garlic. Pour water and let it pressure cook till one whistle. Open cooker add salt and mix well. Sprinkle coconut and pressure cook for one whistle.
