  • pepper 1 table spoon
  • jeera 1 teaspoon
  • salt
  • oil to fry

How to make Whole Black gram Tirupati vada

  1. Soak gram for 4 hours
  2. Grind it into a paste without water
  3. Add salt and mix well
  4. In a clean cloth tap dough to make thin vada
  5. Put a hole in the middle
  6. Deep fry in low flame till crispy
