ABOUT Cheese Pao Upma RECIPE

This is a very simple recipe for your lunch box . I got the idea o from a cookery show .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread buns 2
  2. butter 1 tablespoon
  3. oil 1 tablespoon
  4. Chili flakes 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Oregano 1 teaspoon
  6. Chopped onion 1 tablespoon
  7. Parboiled sweet corn 1 tablespoon
  8. Chopped garlic 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Chopped tomatoes 1 tablespoon
  10. Chopped capsicum 1 tablespoon
  11. Chopped green chili 1 teaspoon
  12. Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Grated cheese (any cheese) 1 tablespoon
  14. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the buns into cubes .
  2. Heat a pan , add oil and butter into it .
  3. Add chopped garlic and green chili .
  4. Cook few seconds then add rest of the vegetables .
  5. Cook the vegetables for 1 to 2 minutes or till they are properly cooked .
  6. Now add the bun cubes , chili flakes , black pepper powder , oregano and salt .
  7. Mix them properly .
  8. Finally sprinkle the grated cheese and give a final mix .
  9. Your cheese pao upma is ready .

Nice, never knew i can use pav.. i love bread upma but this must taste amazing...
