Ingredients to make Veg Kabab (black gram)

  • blackgram-150gm
  • onion-2 chopped finely
  • ginger-garlic paste-1tbsp
  • coriander leaves- finely chopped
  • green chilli paste-1 tbsp
  • red chilli powder-12 tsp
  • coriander powder-1tsp
  • garam masala-12 tsp
  • lemon juice 1 tsp or amchoor
  • salt to taste
  • oil for fry

How to make Veg Kabab (black gram)

  1. Soak black gram overnight.grind it coarsely. Mix all the ingredients except oil.
  2. Make desired balls. Heat non-stick pan shallow fry applying little oil.
  3. frFy kabab on both sides till brown or done. Serve hot with onion rings and green chutney

My Tip:

This can be deep fry also
