ABOUT Pyaji Wada/ Onion Cutlets RECIPE

Indian delicacy in which gram flour, green vegetables and onions are used to make cutlets

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Onion sliced long and thin 1/2cup
  2. Spinach finely chopped 4tbsp
  3. Coriander leaves finely chopped 4tbsp
  4. Green chilli chopped 2
  5. Spring garlic chopped 2tbsp
  6. Gram flour 1/2cup
  7. Salt
  8. Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
  9. Jeera 1tsp
  10. Water as needed
  11. oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add all ingredients exept water
  2. Add water make a thick batter
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan
  4. Make round shape pakoda or cutlets and fry them for 2 minutes and take out them from oil
  5. Flatten this cutlets by pressing between the palms
  6. Fry again till crisp and golden brown
  7. Serve with chutney or sauce of your choice
