Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Prawns 300g
  2. Small onions 20-25
  3. Tomatoes 2 small
  4. Ginger 20g
  5. Garlic 20g
  6. Green chillies 3
  7. Curry leaves as required
  8. Salt
  9. Chicken masala 1 teaspoon
  10. Turmeric powder half teaspoon
  11. Pepper powder 1 tablespoon
  12. Chilli powder half teaspoon


  1. Marinate prawns with ginger,garlic, chilli powder,salt and turmeric powder for one hour
  2. Heat oil in tawa fry the prawns each side for two mins.
  3. Now take oil in a pan
  4. Put curry leaves,ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes
  5. Now add crushed small onions and saute till it turns golden brown
  6. Add tomatoes and salt
  7. Then add a pinch turmeric powder, chilli powder and chicken masala .
  8. Saute till oil seperates
  9. Now add prawns and cook till prawns are done
  10. Finally add pepper powder and mix well..
  11. Your yummy prawns semi gravy is ready to serve.
