- 1 green (which has started to form layers of cream inside)

- 500 gm medium sized prawns deveined
- oil 4 tbsp
- 2 tbsp grated
- 1/2 cup green water

How to make Daab Chingri
My Tip:The green coconut must have soft cream (malai) inside it. Cut the bottom of coconut so that it can be fitted inside a microwave Don't over fry prawns. before serving you must mix the soft melted cream of green coconut from inside the wall of coconut into the gravy.
