  1. Indgredients for chilla...
  2. 1 cup besan
  3. 1 glass water
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1tspn ginger garlic chilli paste
  6. 1/2 tspn black pepper powder
  7. 1/2 tspn roasted cummin powder
  8. Pinch of Soda
  9. Indgredient for stuffing...
  10. 1 tspn oil
  11. 1 cup finely chopped bell pepper ( yellow, red and green capcicum)
  12. 1/ cup finely chopped onion
  13. 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
  14. 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
  15. 1tspn ginger chili garlic paste
  16. Salt to taste
  17. 1 tspn Chaat Masala
  18. 1 tspn black pepper powder
  19. 1 tspn roasted cummin powder
  20. 2tbsp finely chopped coriander
  21. Indgredients for curd rayta...
  22. 1 cup curd
  23. 1/2 cup cucumber and tomato ( finely chopped)
  24. Black salt as per taste
  25. 1/2 tspn black pepper powder
  26. 1/2 tspn roasted Cumin powder
  27. 2 tbsn pomogranat
  28. 1 tbspn finely chopped coriander

Instructions

  1. First make chilla batter...So take bowl n mix all the chilla ingredients that are mentioned in chilaa indgredients and keep aside
  2. Now heat the oil in a pan and saute all the vegetables and add boiled chickpeas
  3. After a minute mash all the vegetables and add ginger garlic, chilli paste and dry ingredients that are mentioned in stuffing ingredients, give it a good stir, and the stuffing is ready.
  4. Now heat dosa pan and make chilla using the besan batter that we had prepared earlier.
  5. Add stuffing on chilla, and fold it from the sides like a wrap.
  6. Now grill it using a griller, you can apply little oil on the chilla while grilling to give a crispy coating.
  7. For curd raita, whisk the curd and mix all the ingredients that mentioned under the curd ingredients. .And garnish it with pomegranate , coriander and roasted cumin powder.
