Ingredients to make Besan chilla raita

  • 2 cup thick curd
  • 2 tbsp besan
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4tsp jeera
  • 1/4 tsp hing
  • 1/2tsp oil
  • Hara dhania
  • red chilli powder for decoration
  • 1/2tsp lemon juice

How to make Besan chilla raita

  1. Firstly make a batter for besan chilla.
  2. Take a bowl add besan, salt ,black pepper and lemon juice .Make a little thick batter with water.
  3. Take apan or nonstick tawa make a little little chilla's .
  4. Take big bowl add curd and beat it,add sugar,salt ,pepper.mix it well.
  5. Now add chillas in dahi bowl and dipped it
  6. For tadka:-take apan add oil ,add jeera,hing let crackle it.
  7. Now take serving bowl add chillas one by one, add remaining curd.
  8. Now sprinkle tadka on chilla's.sprinkle dhaniya patti and red chilli powder.
  9. Serve chilled

My Tip:

U never eat like this raita.its different style of raita. Its like a dahi vada
