Ingredients to make Rajma !!!

  • rajma kidney beans 1glass
  • onions 3
  • tomatoes 2
  • ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
  • cumin seeds
  • dhania powder
  • salt
  • red chilly powder
  • turmeric
  • Corrainder leaves
  • oil

How to make Rajma !!!

  1. Soak the rajma overnight in water, then boil the rajma in a pressure cooker until soft enough.
  2. Heat some oil in a wok, add ground onions saute them. Add ginger garlic paste.
  3. Now add the ground tomatoes. Add the powdered masalas, salt and give it a mix.
  4. Once the masala leaves oil, add the boiled rajma, mix it and add water for the gravy. simmer it for some times and garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
