Ingredients to make Pav bhaji paratha

  • 2 cup of whole wheat flour + some more for dusting
  • 1 tbsp of semolina
  • 1 cup of boiled and vegetables ( potato , cauliflour,cabbage,peas and carrot)
  • water if required
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp crushed green chilly
  • 2 medium size onion finely chhoped
  • handfull corriender leaves
  • 1 normal sized lemon juice
  • 4 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 4 tsp paw bhaji masala
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp asafoetida
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Amul butter

How to make Pav bhaji paratha

  1. first in a bowl take boiled vegetables and mash it properly
  2. add red chilly powder,turmeric powder , asafoetida,salt, paw bhaji masala, and cumin seeds into it and give it a good mix
  3. now add ginger garlic paste, crushed green chillies and mix again keep aside
  4. now in another bowl take wheat flour add semolina and oil and mix with hands
  5. now transfer our paw bhaji mixture and onions into it and knead a soft dough ,add some water if required
  6. grease the dough with oil and divide into equal size balls
  7. roll out a paratha with a rolling pin
  8. now brush the top of paratha with some drops of lemon juice and sprinkle some corriender leaves on it and roll it once to stick corriender leaves
  9. heat a griddle and roast pasta with butter on medium heat till crisp
  10. roast all the prathas in same manner
  11. serve hot with butter , sauce and pickle of your choice

My Tip:

add vegetables according to choice and corriender leaves and lemon juice can be added into dough also i use it on top to follow paw bhaji process as we use both in paw bhaji
