ABOUT Poori RECIPE

Super soft fluffy poori made of multi grain atta.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Multi Grain Atta - 1 cup
  2. Ghee - 2 tsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Warm Water as required
  5. Oil - 1 cup or little more

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add the flour, salt and ghee.
  2. Mix well and crumble nicely with your fingers.
  3. Pour warm water little at a time and knead the dough.
  4. Take a small portion of the dough and roll to make balls with your palms.
  5. Now take the balls and flatten it to a poori with the help of a rolling pin.
  6. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. When the oil is hot reduce the heat and drop the poori and fry. It will puff up.
  7. Flip and fry on the other side for a min or two, drain them and serve.
