Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Curd half kg
  2. Elaichi powder half tsp
  3. kesar 7-8 strands soaked in milk
  4. 2 tsp malai
  5. 150 gms sugar (sweetness can be adjusted)


  1. hung curd in muslin cloth
  2. for atleast 30 minutes
  3. remove from cloth in a bowl
  4. add sugar and whisk for sometime
  5. it will become soft and little fluffy
  6. now add sugar and malai
  7. whisk again till sugar melts
  8. now add elaichi and kesar
  9. garnish with badam pistachio flakes
  10. serve chilled or normal
