Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Puffed rice - 1/2kg
  2. Potato chips - one bowl (raw)
  3. Maize chips - one bowl (raw)
  4. Oil for deep frying
  5. Peanuts - one bowl
  6. Curry leaves - A few
  7. Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
  8. Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
  9. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  10. Salt as per tast
  11. Haldi - 1tsp
  12. Oil for tadka - 2 tbs
  13. Maggi masala - one packet


  1. Fry all THE raw chips n peanuts.
  2. Take a pan, heat some oil and add mustard, cumin seeds, curry leaves. Add haldi and puffed rice. Stir well.
  3. Mix salt and red chilli powder to it and stir till puffed rice turns crisp. Turn off the flame.
  4. Now mix Maggi masala and all the fried chips and peanuts.
  5. Keep it in air tight jar.
