Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 - Grated carrot
  2. 1 - capsicum, finely chopped
  3. 1/2 - Cup grated paneer
  4. 1/4 Cup - Spring onion, finely chopped
  5. 1/2 Cup - Cooked rice
  6. 1 - onion, finely chopped
  7. 1/8 tsp - Black pepper powder
  8. 1/2 tsp - Oregano
  9. 1/8 tsp - chilli flakes
  10. 3 - 4 - garlic, finely chopped
  11. 1/2 Cup - Soaked uncooked basmati rice
  12. salt to taste


  1. Strain all the water from soaked rice and spread the rice in a plate.
  2. Now add all Ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
  3. Wet your hands with little water and take small portion of and roll it into small balls and keep aside.
  4. Now take vegetables balls and roll them over soaked rice. The rice will stick to them.
  5. Put these rice coated vegetables balls in a steamer for about 10 minutes.
  6. The vegetable balls will magically transform into flowers.
  7. Remove carefully and serve hot with spicy tomato garlic chutney.
