Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 Big Onion
  2. 200 gm bhindi
  3. 1 tomato
  4. 1 tbsp oil
  5. Methi [fenugreek] dana 1/2 tsp
  6. Ajwain [caraway seeds] 1/2 tsp
  7. jeera [cumin seeds] 1/2 tsp
  8. Haldi [turmeric powder] 1 tsp
  9. dhaniya [coriander] powder 2 tsp
  10. Sauf [fennel] powder 2 tsp
  11. chilli powder 1 tsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 2 green chilli


  1. first wash and dry bhindi on a kitchen towel.
  2. Now peel and chop big pieces of onion.
  3. now chop bhindi into round or long as you wish.
  4. now heat oil and put methi, ajwain and jeera.
  5. add onion n fry till change colour.
  6. Add salt, turmeric powder and the chopped bhindi.
  7. cook till bhindi get tender.
  8. when bhindi gets tender then add dhaniya powder , sauf powder, chilli powder , chopped tomato and green chilli.
  9. fry till all spices coated well for 3-4 mins.
  10. bhindi do pyaza is ready.
