Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 gms Ladyfinger
  2. Two big onion cut & washed
  3. 1 green chilly
  4. 1tsp Haldi [turmeric] powder
  5. 1tsp salt or to taste
  6. 1.5tsp red chilly powder
  7. 2tsp soya sauce
  8. 2tsp white vinegar
  9. 1tb sp oil

Instructions

  1. Cut ladyfinger lengthwise and onion dice cutting.Fry ladyfingertill it becomes soft.
  2. Now take some oil and fry onion.
  3. Now add haldi,red chilli powder,salt,soya sauce,vinegar.
  4. Now once the masala is cooked properly add fried bhindi..
  5. Serve hot with patli chapati
