Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Milk 1 litre
  2. vinegar 2 teaspoon
  3. Milkmaid 50 grams
  4. Aampapad bar 1
  5. Nolen Gur 1/2 cup or 1/2 cup sugar
  6. ghee 2 tablespoon


  1. Boil milk and add lime juice or vinegar to make paneer .
  2. Drain the excess water from paneer, make it dry and crumble it.
  3. Heat desi ghee in a pan, add paneer and condensed milk.
  4. Cook on a low fire, stir it constantly to prevent burning.
  5. Add jaggery and if needed Mind it one thing ".If needed add some sugar.
  6. When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, switch off the gas.
  7. Mash the mixture with your palms or a spoon and cool for sometime.
  8. Take some aam papad sheet from the aampapad bar.
  9. Now wrap some sandesh mixtute with this aamsatto sheet.
  10. Keep it in fridge for sometime and then enjoy.
