Ingredients to make Masala chaap

  • Chaap 6 pieces
  • Milk 1 1/2 glass
  • onion 4
  • tomato 4
  • ginger 1 inch
  • garlic 6 cloves
  • oil 2 tablespoon
  • cream 4 tablespoon
  • Ketchup 2 tablespoon
  • salt to taste
  • Deghi mirch 1/2 tablespoon
  • turmeric 1/2 tablespoon
  • Kitchen king 1 tablespoon
  • Chaap masala 1 tablespoon
  • hing 2 pinch
  • Kasturi methi 1 tablespoon

How to make Masala chaap

  1. In besan add salt, water and make a smooth paste.
  2. Dip chaap piece in it one by one and deep fry it.
  3. Put onion, tomato, ginger, garlic in a blender and make a paste.
  4. In cooker put oil then add paste and mix it till it leaves oil.
  5. Add all spices masala and mix it. Add cream and ketchup and mix.
  6. Now add chaap and mix it.
  7. Add milk and mix. Put the cooker lid and wait for five whistles.
  8. Lastly add kasturi methi.
  9. The masala chaap is ready.
