Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup boiled plain rice
  2. 1 onions chopped
  3. 2-3 green chilli chopped
  4. Salt & blackepper powder to taste
  5. 2 cheese cube cut in 4
  6. Oil for frying


  1. First grind the boiled rice in a mixer to form a dough
  2. Add onion, green chilli,salt & blackepper powder
  3. Mix well
  4. Take a small ball from the dough
  5. Keep one cheese cube in the middle of it
  6. Close the sides & form a ball
  7. Prepare rest of the balls accordingly
  8. Take oil in pan & deep fry them till golden brown
  9. Cut & serve hot with tomato ketchup & mustard sauce
