Cute little lollypops which are delicious, crunchy and yummy, and filled with goodness of rajma.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rajma 1 cup,
  2. Potato 2,
  3. carrot 1,
  4. ginger garlic paste 1 spoon,
  5. chilli powder 1 spoon,
  6. turmeric powder 1/4 spoon ,
  7. coriander leaves,
  8. onion 1,
  9. garam masala 1/2 spoon,
  10. bread crumbs
  11. Oil
  12. salt

Instructions

  1. Soak the rajma 6 to 8 hours ,and pressure cook the, keep aside. Boil the potatoes with the addition of little salt, keep aside as well.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and chopped onion ,saute well and then add grated carrot followed by mashed boiled potatoes. then add coriander leaves, chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, salt.
  3. Finally add boiled mashed rajma and mix well. Let it cool for 5 minutes. After that take the masala ,make a cutletsshape or lollypop shape and coat them bread crumbs. Stick a lollypop stick through the cutlet. Shallow fry them in little oil.
