Cheesy Harabhara balls

Ingredients to make Cheesy Harabhara balls

  • Half cup spinach puree
  • One Cup grated paneer
  • One cup boiled and mashed potato
  • Three green chill paste
  • One tbsp gingergarlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • One tbsp garam masala
  • One tbsp redchlii powder
  • One tbsp amchoor powder
  • Half tbsp oregano
  • Half cup bread crumbs
  • For stuffing .....
  • Cheese cut in small pieces
  • For dusting- bread crumbs
  • oil for frying

How to make Cheesy Harabhara balls

  1. For spinach puree
  2. Blanch spinach, then remove extra water with the help of hands. Then make puree .
  3. In mixing bowl take potato and add spinach puree and green chilli, Ginger garlic paste. Mix well.
  4. Add all ingredients mentioned above and mix well
  5. Now take small portion of ready potato and spinach mixture and make hole .Stuff a piece of cheese and cover this and make small round balls.
  6. Than dust ready balls with bread crumbs .
  7. Now heat oil and deep fry ready cheesy Harabhara balls .
  8. Serve hot with sauce
  9. Enjoy
