Now these days very famous street chat serve by one street vendor in mumbai,little twist added by me

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1-tsp olive oil
  2. tomota chopped-1
  3. Onion chopped-1
  4. Capsicum-1 chopped(small size)
  5. Sweet corn-1 cup
  6. Peas-boiled-1/4 cup
  7. Amul cheese cube-2
  8. Mozerrela cheese/-1/4 cup
  9. Tomato sauce-1 tbsp
  10. Red chilli sauce-1 tbsp
  11. Oregano -1 tsp
  12. Chilli flakes-1 tsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Pani poori
  15. Pani poori masala-1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add onion
  3. Fry till translucent
  4. Add boiled peas,capsicum,tomato,corn
  5. Mix well
  6. Cook for few minutes
  7. Add chilli flakes,oregano
  8. Add Salt
  9. Remove from heat
  10. Mix both sauce and mozerella cheese
  11. Let it cool
  12. Now arrange pani poori in plate
  13. Fill 1 tbsp mixture in each
  14. Cover these pooris with grated amul cheese and mozerella cheese
  15. Garnish chilli flakes
  16. Add more cheese,micro for 40 seconds if u want
  17. Garnish pani poori masala and enjoy
