About Cheesy pani puri Recipe

This snack is easy to make and tastes yummm :yum:.

Cheesy pani puri

Ingredients to make Cheesy pani puri

  • Around 20 puris of pani puri
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1&1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • Take finely chopped veggies 2 cups of your choice. Here have used carrots cabbage capsicums onions n some boiled potato.
  • Grated Cheese atleast 1 cup or as required but be generous in using it.
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
  • 3-4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tsp pizza sauce

How to make Cheesy pani puri

  1. Cut all the required vegetables
  2. Heat oil in a pan add red chilli powder and salt to taste and then add the cut vegetables.
  3. Cover it and cook it for 5 mins.
  4. Add tomato ketchup and mixed herbs to the mixture.
  5. Cook for few mins switch off the gas then add grated cheese
  6. Mix everything properly and let the mixture cool for sometime.
  7. Make holes in the Pani Puris so that it can be stuffed.
  8. Place some grated cheese below first.
  9. Then add the vegetable mix and finally add grated cheese once again.
  10. Microwave it for 30 secs till the cheese melts
  11. Finally top it with tomato ketchup and serve it.
  12. Using same procedure we can make toppings on khaakharas also.
