ABOUT Minty Matar Paneer RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200gm Paneer
  2. 150gm Green peas ( boiled )
  3. 1/2 cup mint leaves
  4. 2 onions
  5. 2 tomatoes
  6. 2 green chillies
  7. 1 tblsp ginger-garlic paste
  8. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1 tsp jeera powder
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1 tblsp cream
  13. 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
  14. 1 tblsp oil
  15. 1 tsp jeera ( cumin seeds )

Instructions

  1. In a mixture, grind onions, tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, mint leaves and green chillies to a paste
  2. In a pan, take oil and add cumin seeds
  3. Now add the paste and stir till it loses the oil in it
  4. Now add the masalas and keep stirring
  5. Now add the green peas and paneer cubes
  6. After about a minute or so, add kasuri methi and cook for another minute
  7. Serve after garnishing with cream
