Ingredients to make Leftover Rice crisp

  • Leftover rice-1 cup
  • Boiled mashed potatoes-3-4
  • salt to taste
  • Chopped coriander & Mint leaves
  • chilli flakes -1 tsp
  • Garam masala -1 tsp
  • cumin powder -1 tsp
  • turmeric Powder -1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder -1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
  • Processed cheese -1/4 cup
  • ginger-garlic paste -1 tbs
  • Chopped onion - 1/4 cup
  • Chopped mix Veggies (French bean, carrot,peas, capsicum)-1/2 cup
  • Slurry of water+ plain flour
  • Bread crumbs - 1 cup
  • oil for frying
  • Corn flour -2-3 tbs
  • Chaat masala -1-2 tbs

How to make Leftover Rice crisp

  1. First of all take a pan and add oil and then add Onion & ginger-garlic paste...saute
  2. Now add Veggies with one boiled potatoes and spices...cook for 6-7 minutes
  3. Now take a mixing bowl and add remaining potatoes, leftover rice, Corn flour, chaat masala, Salt and mix properly and make a soft dough
  4. Now take out veggies and mix processed cheese...mix
  5. Now take a small part of dough and make flat and fill the stuffing
  6. Cover it properly and dip in slurry then Coat with bread crumbs
  7. Now deep fry in hot oil on low- medium flame
  8. Now Serve with tomato sauce
