Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. half cup poha/ flattened rice
  2. half cup milk
  3. half cup green peas
  4. water one fourth cup / if required
  5. salt as per taste
  6. fresh milk cream two teaspoon
  7. garam masala half teaspoon
  8. cumminseed powder one fourth teaspoon
  9. lime juice one teaspoon
  10. clarified butter/ ghee two teaspoon
  11. green coriander chopped two tablespoons


  1. Soak poha in milk and keep for half an hour
  2. boil peas and keep
  3. heat ghee in a pan
  4. add poha and cream with salt
  5. mix well
  6. add cumminseed powder garam masala
  7. sprinkle water if poha looks dry
  8. cover and cook on medium flame for a minute
  9. garnish with green coriander
  10. serve
