Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100 gm paneer cut in to 2 inch long strip
  2. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  3. 3 tbsp red chilly sauce
  4. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  5. 1/2 tbsp chilly flacks
  6. 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  7. 1 tbsp cabbage
  8. 1 tbsp oninon
  9. 1 tbsp capsicum
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Butter as needed
  12. Tortillas
  13. Green onion leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. First marinate paneer - in a bowl add butter,red chilly flacks,black pepper and salt.Mix and marinate paneer for 7-8 min.
  2. Next heat a pan an add butter. Shallow fry marinated paneer in it.
  3. Now in a another bowl get chilly paste, tomato sauce an mayonnaise. Mix it well.
  4. In a tortilla aplly butter both side. Then apply mayonnaise spread.
  5. next add fry paneer and at last all veggies ( you can also sprinkle some grated cheese) and fold like a parcel. In a tawa shallow fry the tortilas both side an serve it hot....!!
