ABOUT Rice parantha RECIPE

These samak rice paranthas are very tasty and healthy especially made for vrat in less oil

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup samak rice flour
  2. 2 boiled and mashed potatoes
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  5. 1 teaspoon oil
  6. 2 tablespoon ghee or oil for roasting the paranthas
  7. 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add flour potatoes salt pepper along with oil and knead the soft dough with sufficient water
  2. Keep the dough for rest at least 10 to 15 minutes
  3. Take a medium sized ball of the dough roll with rolling pin just like any normal parantha
  4. Heat skillet put the parantha over it roast from both sides apply sufficient ghee over it
  5. Serve with butter
