Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Poha ( flattened rice )
  2. Soaked in water for 20 min and squeezed firmly
  3. 1 cup boiled potatoes
  4. 1/2 cup fenugreek leaves( Methi)
  5. 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  6. 1/4 cup fresh coriander
  7. 1 tsp cumin powder
  8. 1 tsp garam masala
  9. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1/2 cup peas ( boiled )
  11. 2 Tbsp Cornflour
  12. 1 onion finely chopped onion
  13. salt as per taste
  14. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Boil and mash the potatoes finely
  2. Wash the fenugreek leaves
  3. Take potatoes and fenugreek leaves in a bowl
  4. Add Poha, peas, coriander, sesame seeds, red chilly powder, cumin powder,Garam masala powder, turmeric powder, onion, cornflour and salt
  5. Mash them properly
  6. Make oval or round Patties and deep fry them
  7. Serve with chutney or sauce
