Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pui saag/ malabar spinach 500gm
  2. Chopped potato 2
  3. Chopped pumpkin 2
  4. Panch foron masala 1 tspn
  5. Mustard-poppy seeds-green chilli paste 5spn
  6. Salt to taste
  7. turmeric powder 1 tsp
  8. Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 tsp
  9. Fried bori some


  1. Heat oil, add panch foron masala.
  2. Add chopped potato & pumpkin.Fry it for few minutes.
  3. Add malabar spinach & the paste of mustard-poppy seeds-green chilli.
  4. Mux it well.
  5. Cover it & cook it well.Don't add water.
  6. Fry some bori & add it.
  7. Its ready now.
