Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Peel of 3 Ridge Gourd
  2. 1 tsp chana dal
  3. 1 tsp urad dal
  4. 3 to 4 green chili
  5. 6-7 Curry leaves
  6. Pinch of hing
  7. 1 tsp Coriander seeds
  8. 1/2 cup grated Coconut
  9. 1 tbsp tamarind pulp
  10. 1 tbsp jaggery
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Stir - Fry all the ingredients for 7 to 8 minutes over medium heat
  2. Allow to cool. Grind with little water and salt to form smooth chutney
  3. Temper with 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1 dry red chilies and 4-5 curry leaves. Add seasoning to chutney and Mix well. Serve
