Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Fish 5 pieces
  2. potato 1 pieces cut into 5 pieces
  3. coli flower 1 cut into 5 pieces
  4. mustered oil 1/2 cup
  5. onion paste 1 tbs
  6. ginger paste 1 tea spoon
  7. turmeric powder 1tea spoon
  8. cumin powder 1/2 tea spoon
  9. salt to taste
  10. cumin seeds 1/2 tea spoon
  11. bay leaf 1
  12. tomato paste 1tbs


  1. At first clean the fish and add salt and turmeric powder in it.Mix it very well.keep aside.
  2. Hit mustered oil in a pan and deep fry the fish and keep aside.
  3. Now add more​ oil and fry coli flower with little bit of salt and turmeric powder,keep aside. fry potato in same way.
  4. Now add cumin seeds and bay leaf in oil,when its crackle add onion paste,ginger paste,tomato paste. fry it very carefully.
  5. Now add salt and turmeric powder,and fry till the oil separate from the spices.
  6. When it done add fried potato and coli flower. Some time later add 11/2 cup of water.
  7. When it start to boil add fish.
  8. Give some standing time.and serve it.
