Ingredients to make Mushroom Butter Beans Masala

  • mushrooms 200 gms
  • butter beans 100gms cooked
  • tomato 1 chopped
  • onions 2 sliced
  • Green chilli 2
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • coconut cashew paste 2 tablespoon
  • salt accordingly.
  • turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • chicken masala 1 tablespoon
  • oil 50 ml
  • mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • fennel 1/2 tsp
  • coriander leaves for garnishing

How to make Mushroom Butter Beans Masala

  1. HEAT OIL AND ADD MUSTARD AND FENNEL SEEDS
  2. ADD THE SLICED ONIONS AND STIR WELL TILL IT TURNS PINK
  3. ADD CURRY LEAVES AND TOMATOES
  4. ADD THE GREEN CHILLIES,TURMERIC,SALT AND CHICKEN MASALA
  5. ADD THE GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  6. ADD THE MUSROOMS
  7. ADD THE BUTTERBEANS
  8. STIR WELL TILL THE MASALA IS COATED WELL
  9. ADD THE COCONUT CASHEW PASTE
  10. DO NOT ADD WATER.THE MUSHROOM WILL START LEAVING WATER
  11. COOK IT COVERED FOR 10 MINS IN LOW FLAME
  12. ONCE THE BUTTER BEANS AND MUSHROOM ARE COOKED WELL GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES
