Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups murmura [puffed rice]
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 1 tomato
  4. 1 boiled potato
  5. Salt
  6. 1/4tsp mustard seeds
  7. 10 kari patta [curry leaves]
  8. 1 green chilly
  9. 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Wash the puffed rice, strain them using a colander or sieve.
  2. Heat oil in a pan
  3. Add mustard seeds
  4. Put kari patta and green chilly.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes.
  6. Saute well
  7. Add chopped onion
  8. Add boiled potatoes.
  9. Add salt
  10. Now add murmura
  11. Mix well.
  12. Add chopped coriander leaves
  13. Sprinkle lemon juice
