  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • Lukewarm milk
  • oil to fry

How to make Milk Poori

  1. Knead the tight dough using lukewarm milk
  2. Make small balls from the dough.
  3. Roll them thin.
  4. Take some oil in a kadai to fry the poori.
  5. Fry each of them one by one in medium hot oil from both sides.

My Tip:

Don't add salt in the dough.
