Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup fresh methi chopped
  2. 2 cup wheat flour
  3. 2 tbs gram flour
  4. 1 tsp ginger paste
  5. 1 tsp ajwin
  6. 1 tsp red chilli pwr
  7. 1 tsp garam masala
  8. 1 tsp sauf
  9. Salt
  10. Oil to fry


  1. Wash methi properly and finely chop it.
  2. Add this to wheat flour and all the ingredients.
  3. Add water and make a dough. Then make paranthas and serve it hot with curd.
