Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup warm water
  2. 2 pod whole garlic
  3. 2 piece green chilies
  4. 1/4 inch ginger
  5. 4 piece white pepper
  6. 1 small piece cinnamon stick
  7. salt as required
  8. black salt as required
  9. 1/4 tsp citric acid crystals
  10. Ingredients for paste
  11. 1/4 cup fresh coriander
  12. 2 tbsp mint leaves
  13. 2 piece green chilies
  14. 1/4 inch ginger
  15. 2 pod garlic
  16. 1 tbsp curd
  17. 1/4 tsp pani puri masala
  18. Ingredients for stuffing
  19. 1 tbsp oil
  20. 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  21. 1 tbsp chopped onion
  22. 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes
  23. 1/4 cup boiled dry green peas
  24. salt as required
  25. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  26. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  27. 1 tsp coriander powder
  28. 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  29. 1/4 tsp gram masala powder
  30. 1 tsp sweet chutney

Instructions

  1. First coarsely crush garlic, green chilli, ginger, white pepper and cinnamon put in muslin cloth and gather the corners and tie knot add the bag into the warm water let it soak for 2 hours
  2. After 2 hours remove the bag and add citric acid crystals, salt, and black salt mix well
  3. In mixture grinder add paste ingredients and crush it
  4. In hot pan add oil and asafoetida mix well
  5. Add chopped onion and sauté for few minutes
  6. Add chopped tomatoes and cook some times
  7. Add boiled dry green peas and mix well and add all dry masala powder and fresh coriander paste stir it
  8. Add water and salt mix well and cover the pan and cook some time
  9. At last add sweet chutney and butter and stir it
  10. In plat arrange the break open the puri and stuffing them with dry green peas mixture
  11. Sprinkle carrot and onion
