Ingredients to make Green paratha

  • 1 cup Multigrain atta
  • 1/4 cup besan
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 spoon kasuri methi
  • salt according to taste
  • 1 spoon ajwain
  • oil for frying
  • water if required
  • 1 spoon pickle masala

How to make Green paratha

  1. Take a bowl put atta,Besan,salt ,ajwain and kasuri methi.
  2. Then chop broccoli and onion.
  3. Then make a dough put all mentioned ingredients .
  4. Then rest for ten minutes.
  5. After ten minutes take a dough make a ball and flaten like a paratha and put on heated tawa shallow fry it with Desi ghee from both sides .
  6. Serve hot.
