Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Plain pappad -5
  2. Chopped onion -1
  3. Chopped green chillies -4as your taste
  4. Kashmiri red chilli -1 tsp
  5. Chopped -garlic
  6. Zeera -1/2 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder
  8. Salt
  9. Water
  10. Hing pinch of
  11. Chopped tomatoes-2
  12. Chopped dhaniya leaf
  13. Kitchen king masala -1 tsp


  1. In a hot oil add jeera ,Hing and green chillies , add chopped onion satue it.
  2. Roast papad in microwave.
  3. Add chopped garlic and tomatoes , salt and turmeric powder ,cook 5 min by adding 1 tsp kitchen king masala, cook sometime.
  4. By adding 2 cup of water cover the pan lid and make a boil , add dhaniya leaf and roasted papad.
  5. Enjoy with pulav
