ABOUT BHURJEE PAV RECIPE

This is the most common street food all over India.It serves as breakfast,lunch or dinner to most of the non- veg population.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Eggs - 3 to 4 nos.
  2. Chopped onions - 2 medium.size
  3. Chopped tomato - 1 medium
  4. Chilli powder - 1tsp
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Green chillies - 1 chopped and 1 slit.
  8. Coriander - To garnish.
  9. Salt as per taste.
  10. Oil / ghee - about 3 tbsp.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil.Add onions and saute till light pink.
  2. Add tomatoes and let them become soft.
  3. Add all the powders and salt.
  4. Add the chopped green chilli.
  5. Now beat the eggs well and add
  6. Cook on high flame stirring quickly.
  7. When its dry serve hot garnished with coriander and slit chilli.
